Your Import in Six Simple Steps

Every caravan follows the same transparent process, giving you complete
confidence from your first enquiry through to handover.

Step 01: Choose Your Caravan

We source from top-tier manufacturers that meet our strict Australian standards. We've been selling caravans for 9 years!

Step 02: Pay your deposit

Following discussions with our team and final written order confirmation, you pay a deposit, generally $10k - $15k, depending on your model and the supplier.

Step 03: Factory Production

We'll provide you a link to a folder full of photos and videos of your caravan once it is built. This is your chance to confirm everything you requested has been included.

Step 04: Independent Inspection

Your caravan is inspected by a third-party company that specializes in caravan production and we will provide you a full report. If satisfied, you pay a $15k - $30k milestone, depending on your model and the supplier.

Step 05: Shipping & Customs

Fully insured international shipping with real-time tracking and logistics management, generally 4-5 weeks. We'll handle customs, taxes, electrical certification and roadworthy inspection.

Step 06: Delivery & Handover

We'll install your batteries and other accessories at our local Australian workshops. On handover you receive your roadworthy, your Bill of Sale, accessory warranties and relevant certifications. You hit the highway!
